  This is a nice place. Good location just at the outskirts of Cavendish. Good view of the Atlantic in the distance across a field. The staff were good to us and very helpful. Very clean and well done as a complex. The 2 bedroom cottage was fully equipped with full kitchen including dishwasher. Good deck with included BBQ. 2 separate pools. Lots of playgrounds for children. Could have stronger WIFI though. We didn't have A/C but no matter as the night sea breeze in early July was a pleasant cool. There are a lot of other similar cottage places around but this one has location.

  If check out is 1030am it was even more disappointing the cabin wasn't ready by 4pm on our check in day.

  Cons were cabin not ready at check in time, half of stove burners not functional, and super early check out time.

  Sundance Cottages. Location right where we wanted to be. Cottage was clean and well maintained. Very kid friendly (playground equipment) but just essentially cottages surrounding an open field that would be brutally hot in high summer. Needs trees/flowers/ landscaping. Outdoor pool but water too cold to swim in in Sept. Management friendly and helpful. Housekeeping excellent. Gas grill provided. Plenty of plates + cuttlery. Large fridge and 4 burner stove. Excellent value.

  Pro is great location and good access to pools & playgrounds, nice fire pit area for marshmallows with the kids.

  In a nice separate cottage. Two rooms a full bath, kitchen and TV social space. Nice was the deck and BBQ. Everything worked and we had a nice view across the road to the ocean. The staff was great, helped us get our laundry done. The kids parks had swings and things, but may need an upgrade. Pool looked well taken care of, but we didn't go in. They also had a small selection of dvds, kids toys, books - for free on a return when done bases.
